Justin O’Connor

Veterinary Assistant
Justin is originally from the Boston, MA area and moved to Tucson in 2007. He majored in fine arts in college and spent 25 years in the publishing industry as an editor, illustrator and graphic artist. Justin decided to follow his lifelong passion for animals and their welfare by enrolling in Pima Medical Institute’s Veterinary Assistant Program. He graduated from the program in the Spring of 2009 and was immediately hired on by Cimarron Animal Hospital because of his sensitivity to the needs of animals and his deep sense of integrity. Justin and his partner are the proud owners of two dogs, Olive and Daisy and two cats, Baby June and Ivy. Justin pursues his love of art during his off hours.
